A few late sunny days enable me to complete the four new raised beds
for next years vegetables. The last one is the most tedious to do but a warm October day tempted me back to finish off. All beds refilled with soil plus layers of compost and leaf mould, the only unknown is how much they will settle over the winter and what the final level will be.
A scattering of lime to tweak the ph levels and its all ready for the next season and I can get back to painting again.
